My dog got sick while I was out of town. They worked her in right way. It's clean without that disinfectant smell. The staff was very helpful and very professional. If I were to move to the area, we'd definitely go there.
This place is amazing. Everyone is really nice and great at what they do. My cat has been having a ton of health problems and Dr Kingsley has been going above and beyond trying to make him better. I feel like the people here genuinely care about my cat and have his best interests in mind. I live pretty far away from Ft Hunt and will gladly make the trek to them because theyre worth the trouble. I wouldnt take my cat anywhere else.
Great staff. Very supportive with a hard decision that we had to make. Was very patient and did not rush the process. Very articulate with the process and very sympathetic and understanding and supportive with the decision. They even offered a house call if we chose to take our pet home to spend more time with her if needed.
Excellent experience two times now. Veterinarians are very professional and very thorough. Did not push for treatments (made suggestions and gave options). They listened and then addressed the concerns and issues completely. Whole staff are kind, caring, and compassionate towards our pets. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back.
Our beloved Maine coon cat suffered a medical emergency. Dr. Julie Pearson and her team acted quickly and saved my cat's life. Dr. Pearson is just excellent. Warm efficient and very knowledgeable. So happy to have finally found a vet I respect and trust.
