A couple of months ago our wonderful but old dog began having major issues late at night. As one of the only 24hrs vets in the area we rushed her to VCA. Unfortunately by the time we arrived she passed away. VCA staff and vets were amazing during this emotional time. They gave us time to say goodbye, made sure we got a paw print, and handled the cremation details. The vet even sent us a heartfelt condolence card. This was a first-time visit and we were impressed by how helpful they were for clients who were not regulars.
Recently had to put my best friend of 13 years to sleep. They made the process as gentle and caring as such a somber and depressing event could possibly have gone. They made sure she was well taken care of and all options were fully explored, then they gave us as much time as we needed to prepare to say goodbye. It was almost surreal how peaceful the entire thing was. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to everyone I know.
Dr. Terrio is awesome! She is so good with our cat and dog! We love her! The office staff is exceptional as well! We have taken our kids to this veterinary for 24 years and I would never change!
I've taken my cat here since day 2 of adoption. As a rescue with an unknown history, Lucy's medical history was both a mystery, but the docs were patient and persistent in helping getting my girl healthy and happy. Four years later, and I'd recommend VCA to anyone.
Im shocked that so many people have such positive reviews for this facility. If you do a grain-free canine diet, avoid this place. They arent supportive - or open-minded - and I was told all of the doctors in the practice have agreed to have a stance against this kind of diet. We had a clear difference of opinion, and I wont be returning. But for a first time visitor, it wasnt at all the experience I was hoping for with a new puppy.
